I am writing to you friends to let you know that I just learned that I was diagnosed today with an aggressive form of breast cancer and wanted to let you know. I am just now trying to figure out what to do first, etc. But in the meantime I thought you all would want to know. I covet your prayers for me and my family. Also I would appreciate your prayers for wisdom to make the right decisions. The doctor tells me that I need to have surgery very soon in order to keep the cancer from spreading etc.

I am doing well other than this news. I know the Lord is in control and He is with me.

This is all I can write at this time, but I just wanted to get this to you as soon as possible. Sorry it is so blunt and to the point.
